Account Registration and Eligibility

- KYC verification: heibaj may request identity documents — including a national ID card, passport, or driving licence — as part of the KYC process before processing a withdrawal or in response to suspicious account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated time frame may result in account suspension.
- Geographic restrictions: heibaj is operated for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. Registering from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is solely your responsibility. heibaj makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.
- No account sharing: Your heibaj account is strictly personal. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. Shared or transferred accounts will be closed without payment of any outstanding balance.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the heibaj Platform:
- Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform for any fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to depositing funds obtained through illegal means, structuring transactions to conceal the source of funds, or using the Platform as a conduit for money laundering in any form.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market. This includes coordinating bets to exploit game mechanics or promotional structures.
- Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human participation.
- Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting technical errors, software bugs, pricing mistakes, or glitches in games or betting markets to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of Platform errors are void.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with a payment provider in bad faith after funds have been used to place bets or play games. heibaj reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts and to suspend accounts where chargebacks are initiated fraudulently.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward heibaj staff or other players through any channel, including support communications.
- Impersonation: Impersonating any other person, entity, or heibaj staff member in any communication or through account registration.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All financial transactions on the heibaj Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). heibaj supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all of which are subject to the rules and processing times described below.

- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
- Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your heibaj wallet within 5 to 15 minutes of payment confirmation.
- Bank transfer deposits (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) may take up to 2 business hours to be credited during normal banking hours.
- Visa and Mastercard deposits are processed in real time subject to your card issuer's approval.
- heibaj does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
💸 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification.
- First withdrawals require completion of KYC identity verification. Please have your national ID or passport available.
- Verified accounts receive withdrawals within 1 to 4 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during operating hours (9 AM – 11 PM BST).
- Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 business day.
- heibaj reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000.
Bonuses and Promotions
heibaj offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion communication.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms and conditions. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on heibaj bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
- Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Sports bets placed at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. - Bonus expiry: Bonus credits and any associated free spins expire within 7 calendar days of being credited to a player account unless the specific promotion states a different period. Expired bonus credits and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
- One bonus per player: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each player is eligible to claim each bonus offer only once. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is a breach of these Terms.
- Minimum odds for sports bonuses: Where a bonus applies to sports betting, qualifying bets must typically be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal format) or as otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
- Withdrawal of real-money balance during active bonus: Players may choose to forfeit an active bonus and withdraw their real-money balance at any time. However, once a player forfeits a bonus, it cannot be reinstated. Forfeiture of a bonus also results in cancellation of all associated winnings generated from that bonus.
- Abuse of promotions: heibaj monitors bonus usage for patterns that suggest systematic exploitation rather than genuine recreational play. Where such patterns are identified, heibaj reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to restrict future promotional eligibility for the account in question.
- heibaj's right to modify promotions: heibaj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including during an active promotion period, with reasonable notice where practicable. Changes to promotion terms will not affect bets already placed in compliance with the original terms.
Game Rules and Fair Play
heibaj offers games and betting markets supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game is governed by its own specific rules as implemented by the relevant game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing bets.

- Void bets and settlements: heibaj reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or on a market affected by a technical fault. Players will be notified of void bets and the original stake returned to their account wallet.
- Live betting: In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time based on real-time match events. Bets accepted before a suspension event are valid; bets received after the suspension event may be voided at heibaj's discretion.
- Palpable errors (Palps): Any bet placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a data feed error, system fault, or human error ("palpable error") may be voided by heibaj regardless of whether the bet has been settled. The original stake will be returned in such cases.
- Responsible play in games: Players are encouraged to take regular breaks from gaming sessions. heibaj's session time reminder tools are available from the account dashboard and can help maintain awareness of time and spend during a gaming session.
Account Suspension and Closure
heibaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion. The following sets out the circumstances in which such action may be taken, as well as the player's own right to close their account.
- Closure by the player: You may request closure of your heibaj account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
- Closure for breach of Terms: heibaj may close your account immediately and without prior notice if you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 4.
- Closure for underage use: Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 18 years of age are closed immediately. The real-money balance is returned to the registered payment method. Any winnings generated during the period of underage use are forfeited.
- Suspension for investigation: heibaj may temporarily suspend an account while conducting an investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, Terms breach, or identity discrepancy. During a suspension, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay may be restricted. heibaj will endeavour to complete investigations within a reasonable time frame.
- Self-exclusion closure: Players who request self-exclusion from the Platform will have their accounts suspended for the requested period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated at the player's request — the exclusion period must run its full course before reinstatement is possible.
- Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy fee of ৳200 per month deducted from the account balance, or closure at heibaj's discretion. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
- Balance on closure: Where an account is closed by heibaj due to a Terms breach or fraud investigation, heibaj reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of the investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, heibaj may report the matter and withhold funds in accordance with its legal obligations.
Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Contact

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, heibaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, delays in payment processing, or temporary service unavailability. heibaj's total liability to any player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the value of the player's real-money account balance at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.
